Key Responsibilities
Draft, process, and file bankruptcy-related documents accurately and on time.
Review and analyze bankruptcy claims and track case progress.
Conduct interviews with clients and provide consistent updates on their cases.
Perform legal research and file documents through electronic platforms like PACER.
Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders to resolve legal issues.
Maintain organized records of both hard copy and electronic case files.
