We're recruiting for experienced Senior CRSW's to join a children's residential home in Greater Manchester, supporting young people with EBD/SEMH needs within a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment. This is a senior role within the staff team, combining hands-on care and support with a lead position on shift — mentoring junior staff and helping ensure consistently high standards of care across the home.
