We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist with community experience to work in our client’s private service, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals to live independently and enhance their quality of life. This role is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours for an ongoing period.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients in the community. Providing expert advice and support to clients, their families, and caregivers. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery. Implementing evidence-based interventions to promote functional independence and well-being.
