Responsible for Financial Services Consultant (FSC) sales planning, sales execution, campaign execution, growing Bancassurance business, meeting customers and drive activities via branch network or any other channels.
Actively retain & nurture existing FSC via coaching and ensuring the FSC meeting their target and KPIs.
Job Responsibilities
Achieves sales targets and manage the actual performance for the FSCs in the assigned area.
Achieves FSC headcount target in the assigned area.
Provide leadership and guidance to FSCs in the assigned area by acting as a coach, mentor, manager and motivator, monitor FSCs performance and take corrective actions when needed.
