Reporting to the Baking Center Manager of Lesaffre Gulf, you will ensure product quality and support innovation by conducting baking tests, monitoring performance, handling non-conformities, and providing technical support for new product development.
You will also assist in baking center activities for the Gulf cluster countries (Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Yemen) and contribute to increasing sales of Lesaffre yeasts and ingredients through strong market knowledge.
