Responsibilities

• Take the lead on shifts to support your Team in delivering outstanding service.
• Train and coach our team to Brand Standards.
• Make the World’s Best Coffee.
• Prepare Award Winning Food.
• Drive high standards at all times.
• Assist the Management Team with operating the bakery.
• Make the most of colleagues strengths and ensure that they are in the right place to maximise sales.
