  • Execute recipes with precision to ensure taste, consistency, and quality.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, nutrition, and food safety in daily kitchen activities.
  • Operate roasting, grinding, mixing, baking, and packaging processes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Head Chef/Manager to meet daily and weekly production goals.
  • Suggest improvements or creative ideas for new plant-based products.


Mandatory Skills

  • Knowledge of plant-based ingredients including the making procedure of Cheese and Butter.
  • Basic bakery and cooking techniques with an understanding of portioning and measurement.
