We are looking for a Bakery Chef who is passionate about artisanal baking, clean ingredients, precision, and innovation. What You’ll Do: Lead and execute daily bakery production Prepare breads, viennoiserie, cookies, cakes, desserts, and baked goods Maintain consistency in recipes, quality, and presentation Develop and improve products with seasonal and clean ingredients Ensure hygiene, organization, and food safety standards are maintained Manage prep schedules, inventory, and wastage control Work closely with kitchen and management teams on menu development Train and guide junior bakery team members
