Baker – 2 years experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in baking.
• Prepare breads from our various ranges and other baked products – this will include mixing, scaling, and shaping before baking.
• Ability to produce bread using manual and/or industrial processes.
• Knowledge of dough preparation times, procedures and various baking techniques.
• Ability to operate electric bread ovens.
• Manage high volumes and monitor production consistently and professionally.
