Kasama is currently seeking a Backwait to join our tasting menu dinner service. This service is Thursday – Sunday night.

Daily responsibilities of the Backwait include but are not limited to:

• Support and elevate the guest experience through precise, thoughtful service

• Set and reset the dining room for each course of the tasting menu

• Clear, crumb, and maintain table settings throughout service

• Run food and describe dishes 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house support areas

• Restock service stations and support light beverage and mise en place preparation

• Anticipate the needs of servers and guests, acting proactively rather than reactively

Love of hospitality and attention to detail is a must.
