Role Summary

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating CAT 216B3 Skid Steer Loaders and CAT 426 Backhoe Loaders for excavation, loading, trenching, grading, and general construction activities on project sites across Abu Dhabi. Operators must follow ADM safety standards and ensure proper daily inspection and care of machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CAT 216B3 Skid Steer Loader (51 HP, 635 kg ROC, 0.37 m bucket) forloading, grading, and material handling.
• Operate CAT 426 Backhoe Loader (93 HP, MP bucket with forks, extendablestick, 1.0 m loader bucket, 0.18 m backhoe bucket) for excavation, trenching,and utility works.
