Business Analyst – AWM Data & Transformation

We are looking for BAs who can go beyond requirements gathering – practitioners who understand the AWM operating model deeply enough to challenge client assumptions and shape the right solution from day one.

What we are looking for:

• Proven BA experience on data programmes within asset management, wealth management or investment management
• Strong understanding of AWM front‑to‑back processes including portfolio management, reporting, client servicing and operations
• Hands‑on experience with one or more AWM platforms: Aladdin (BlackRock), Avaloq, State Street Alpha, Northern Trust Whole Office, Charles River IMS, SimCorp Dimension, Temenos WealthSuite or Broadridge
• Comfortable translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements across structured and unstructured data environments
