The Drum is seeking a Jury Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of jury recruitment mainly across two major global awards programmes taking place in November; The Drum Awards Festival and The Drum B2B Awards.
- This is a fast-paced, fixed-term support role focused on helping recruit and coordinate senior marketing and media professionals across a variety of disciplines and regions
- Working closely with the Judging & Strategy Manager
- Research suitable senior marketers and industry professionals
- Send and manage outreach
- Track confirmations and responses
- Maintain and update databases
- Support panel completion
- Help keep recruitment moving at pace during busy delivery periods
- You will work closely with internal teams including events production, communities and data to help ensure recruitment targets are met and panels are completed on schedule
