Main Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Corporate E-Channel projects (e.g., corporate e-Banking, Host to Host solution), including requirement gathering, implementation, and post-launch optimization to ensure alignment with market standards and client needs.
- Provide on-site support at business units by partnering with Relationship Managers to advise clients on digital channel solutions during meetings, resolve technical/operational issues related to Corporate E-Channels, and assist Business Units in driving digital channel adoption and addressing sales inquiries.
- Raise user requirements, monitor progress, and ensure new services/initiatives are effectively implemented, benchmarked against market best practices, and deliver excellent customer experience.
