Roles & Responsibilities

Manage Workforce management, specifically roster schedule for SRE Operate

Ensure Work life balance is managed effectively, and shift arrangements are optimal including leave management, holiday plans and deployment schedules

Manage training schedule effectively without impacting Operations

Provide metrics on productivity, efficiency, learning curve, areas for improvement
