Job Description: AVP – Quality Engineering (QE) & Test Transformation Location: India (Bengaluru / Hyderabad) Experience: 16–22 years Reporting to: CPO / Engineering Leadership Role Overview The AVP – Quality Engineering will lead enterprise-wide QE transformation, moving quality from traditional testing to a modern, automation-led, product-aligned QE function. This role will define the QE vision, strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap, while partnering closely with product engineering, platform teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
