Transition & Project Management

• Support the end-to-end transition of P2P processes from offshore countries to the Manila hub
• Help develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and training are completed effectively.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure smooth go-live and stabilization
• Support the Circle Lead in overseeing transition milestones and ensuring alignment with broader transformation goals

Process Standardization & Rollout

• Identify process gaps and opportunities for standardization across geographies
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to design and implement best-in-class P2P processes
• Roll out standardized processes to operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
