We are looking for an experienced AVP Policy Servicing (High Net Worth) . In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, support distribution channels and partners, and assist with product launches and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service to policyholders, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Administer processes in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Support distribution channels and business partners effectively to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist with product launches, system enhancements, and other initiatives as assigned to support business growth.
- Manage legal documents related to policies, prepare CSV month‑end statements, and update SOPs to ensure process accuracy and service consistency.
