We are currently seeking an experienced **Avionics Manager** to join our dynamic and experienced **Avionics team** , **in Brazil** .

The **Avionics Manager** will lead engineering teams responsible for designing, building, testing, and certifying a variety of electronic systems such as air data, displays, communication, navigation and surveillance.

The position includes responsibility for developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, setting operational goals for the team, and acquiring financial and technical resources. This role includes mentoring, developing, and motivating direct reports.
