Optimize product availability and minimize discrepancies through effective inventory management.
Conduct regular shop‑floor walks and stockroom audits to ensure precise completion of core inventory processes and stock‑takes.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader to investigate discrepancies in online orders and implement preventative measures, overseeing ticketing accuracy to prevent pricing issues.
Review and finalise production plans for stores with onsite production (e.g., Meat and Bakery) to ensure accurate output.
Resolve process‑related issues escalated by the SOS and conduct regular health checks to identify and address areas for functional improvement.
