Key responsibilities
· Sales Planning & Execution
o Develop and maintain a tactical sales plan including, Sales Pipeline for Small and Medium sized Enterprises across Private & Public sector
o Conduct customer needs analysis and review of existing services/ providers to formulate a Customer Value Proposition
o Development of customer specific proposals in collaboration with the Company’s Solution Architects
o Update sales reports and sell out data
o Responsible for a sales targets set by Management
o Maintain existing and new sales certification requirements by suppliers.
· Revenue & Margin Generation
o Maintain and grow and retain the current Company client base for voice, data and unified communications
o Responsible for the development of “new” business and strategic accounts
o Ensure achievement of revenue and gross margin targets as set by Management.
