As a Car Advisor, you will be the dedicated point of contact for a set of Vroomy customers. You will understand their car problems, diagnose issues, coordinate with our partner garages, monitor work quality, keep customers updated, and ensure a smooth, transparent experience from first call to after-service follow-up.
