Service Advisor

We’re currently looking for a Service Advisor to join the team at our Volvo dealership in Newbury. This role serves as the liaison between customers and service technicians, acting as the face of the business when customers come in for service and repair. Responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, conducting inspections, and coordinating with technicians to convey accurate repair descriptions and timelines.
