Lead the automation strategy and execution across two manufacturing sites (Mexico and the United States)

Drive standardization and scalability of automation processes across both plants

Manage automation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timing, cost, and quality targets are met

Oversee PLC, HMI, SCADA, and control systems integration and optimization

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, downtime reduction, and OEE improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (especially within a life sciences environment)

Evaluate and implement new automation technologies and industry best practices

Lead, develop, and mentor the automation engineering team
