As an Automation Engineer , you will be responsible for driving labor efficiency improvements within an assigned cluster of processes through innovative automation solutions. You will work closely with process, equipment, and new product owners to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement them in partnership with automation vendors. This role involves leading all stages of automation projects—from idea generation and design to deployment and production release. Additionally, you will provide feedback on automation design rules to support new product introductions.
