As an Automation Engineer will be responsible to develop program from scratch and must be responsible for Installation, testing and commissioning for the same. Roles and Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programs using (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, and Rockwell, etc) platforms. Work extensively on motion control systems, including servo drives, multi-axis synchronization, camprofiles, and motion sequencing. Develop and integrate machine vision systems (Cognex / Keyence / NI Vision / Basler) for inspection, orientation, and quality checks. Develop HMI/SCADA screens with alarms, diagnostics, and recipe management. Conduct on-site machine installation, testing, validation (FAT/SAT), and customer training.
