The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing low-code/no-code automation solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline communication workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
The incumbent will report to the Development Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse customer journeys and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Design and develop automation solutions using LCNC tools (e.g., Yellow.ai, Zoho Creator, Zapier, Make).
Build workflows, configure interfaces, integrate data, and define business logic for scalable solutions.
Automate customer support, onboarding, feedback, and personalisation to enhance customer experience.
