  • Install, program, and maintain security systems including alarms, CCTV, access control, automation, and fencing systems

  • Install, service, and repair copier and multifunction printer machines

  • Test all systems after installation to ensure full functionality

  • Ensure all installations comply with company and industry standards

  • Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and provide technical support

  • Provide training and guidance to clients on proper system usage

  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance

  • Work closely with team members and report technical issues to management

  • Follow all Health and Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
