Job Overview

Basic Function: The AutoCAD Draftsman /Technical Detailer is responsible for producing accurate and coordinated technical drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation for interior fit-out works.

Working under the guidance of the Senior Technical Designer, this role supports the design team by translating design concepts into precise construction-level documents that reflect the design intent, comply with regulations, and are aligned with site execution requirements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Technical Drawing & Documentation
  • Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, and shop drawings for interior layouts, joinery, and finishes based on design inputs and markups.
  • Produce technical documentation for architecture, interior, and MEP integration as required.
