Role Overview
We’re hiring a Collections Specialist to support auto loan accounts in a high‑volume customer service environment. This role focuses on helping customers stay on track with payments while following clear policies and processes. You’ll work closely with a small team and use internal systems to manage accounts accurately.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to auto loan accounts
• Work with customers to set up payment plans and resolve delinquencies
• Follow guidelines for skip tracing to locate hard‑to‑reach customers
• Keep detailed, accurate notes in CRM systems
• Apply company policies and compliance standards consistently
• Manage time across multiple accounts and priorities

Pay, Schedule & Logistics
• Pay: $21–$24/hr + overtime (1.5x)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
