Qualifications

• World class customer service skills
• 3+ years experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
• MUST HAVE REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS EXPERIENCE!
• Proficiency with CCC One, Audatex, and/or Mitchell estimating systems
• Familiarity with various insurance repair guidelines
• I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
• An applicant must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
