The skills required will include proficient use of the in-house equipment and ensuring we deliver solutions to clientele that need to customize their AV experiences including demonstrating how the equipment is best utilized for each client. There is a strong focus on customer management, requirement to meet and communication options available to customers prior to their event and ensure their AV experience during their event exceeds their expectations
