Field Service Technician - Audio Visual Systems

Location: Oxford + surrounding area

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE) / Company vehicle + fuel card provided

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our growing service team, supporting a wide range of commercial audio-visual (AV) systems across the Oxfordshire region. In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing systems on-site, and ensuring our clients' AV solutions are operating at their full potential.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding service in dynamic environments such as retail, hospitality, and corporate spaces.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to AV service calls within agreed SLAs across the Midlands.

Diagnosing and repairing AV faults efficiently, aiming for first-time resolution.
