This is a key hire tied to ongoing expansion and offers the opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a collaborative and well-supported office.


The Opportunity:


Handle a nursing home / long-term care defense caseload from inception through resolution

Manage matters including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and court appearances

Work closely with clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and resolution planning

Review and analyze medical records and develop effective defense strategies
