Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join a litigation practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is suited for a legal specialist who can take ownership of assigned matters, produce high-quality written work, and support cases through each stage of the litigation process. The attorney will work closely with clients, colleagues, and external parties while helping move matters efficiently toward resolution.

Responsibilities:
• Handle assigned litigation matters from initial case assessment through settlement, dismissal, or trial with appropriate oversight
• Prepare well-supported pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda using thorough case law and statutory research
• Develop, serve, and answer written discovery while ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines and case strategy
