Position Overview

• Role: Associate Attorney – Real Estate & Consumer Finance
• Structure: Quasi in-house role supporting a premier national residential mortgage lender. Employed by a law firm but embedded directly with the client. No hourly billing requirements.
• Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid flexibility available)
• Experience Level: 4–7 years with a blend of real estate/title transactional work and consumer finance , ideally within a residential mortgage environment
