Attendance Mentor
Are you good at building rapport and encouraging young people to re-engage with school? This Attendance Mentor role focuses on supporting students whose attendance or punctuality needs a boost.
You’ll work closely with pastoral teams, families and students to remove barriers, build trust and help young people feel more connected to school.
Daily pay: £90–£110

Supporting students with attendance and engagement
Running check-ins and mentoring sessions
Working with families and school staff
Helping students build routines and confidence
Tracking progress and celebrating improvements
