Introduction
This role is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the technology platform. Key activities include Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics and Reporting, and Associate Support. The position requires effective communication with internal business Operations teams to manage ATM production failure scenarios and incident tickets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and phone support.
- IT experience with incident management.
- Technical support, Helpdesk, ATM servicing, or electronic banking operational experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously, including the Client Office Suite.
