JOB SUMMARY
Plans, directs, and implements all aspects of the HISD athletic programs, clinics, in-services, transportation, scheduling and awards programs. Makes decisions impacting cancellations, reschedules games, and provides a safe environment for students.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Directs all athletic programs, schedules, contests, awards, programs, as well as the implementation of the decentralization of the athletic program. Supervises and monitors the scheduling and operation of sports complexes.
Directs, monitors, and arranges transportation for all athletic programs, secures and hires sports officials, disseminates equipment, coordinates awards programs for all schools, supervises and resolves decisions on ca...
