The CDL Regional Program Director is a subject matter expert and recognized leader on all matters related to the CDL programs for Ancora Training. This person is responsible for administering a best‑in‑class CDL program that adheres to all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and state regulatory agency regulations, developing and training CDL program directors and instructors on best practices and policies to run an efficient CDL program, and driving fleet management and scheduling to ensure profitable, safe programs system‑wide. The Director works closely with the leadership team to set standards and training, roll them out to the locations under their purview, and solve issues with regional and campus leaders. They also assist account management in meeting or exceeding CDL student start goals and profitability goals while ensuring adherence to institutional, state, and federal guidelines.
