The role ofAssistant Regional Operations Managerwill include:
  • Supporting the senior management team with process improvements through the creation of an innovative environment for operational staff

  • Monitoring progress of customer repairs and complaints to ensure optimum performance

  • Managing the recruitment, performance and development of quality employees

  • Monitoring, managing and completing all customer works, through self-delivery teams, suppliers and subcontractors
