About the job Asst Director, Healthy Precinct

Reporting to the Director, Operations, RHS Office, the incumbent will lead in developing healthy precincts and building community partnership to keep the community healthy.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Lead in conceptualizing the overall strategy and framework for Healthy Precinct.

• Plan and operationalize Health Precincts and community care team concepts to achieve health-social integration with internal and community stakeholders.
• Develop and track the progress of work plans and work streams on Healthy Precincts.
• Develop and operationalize a plan to empower the community to take care of their health.
• Create community culture to drive behavior towards leading a healthy lifestyle and emphasis on preventive care with community stakeholders.
