:Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services professional to support the continued growth of our Synthetic Prime Brokerage platform. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational contact for clients, working closely with Trading, Risk, Operations and Technology to ensure seamless execution and lifecycle management of equity swaps. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals with strong product knowledge across equity derivatives and prime brokerage, combined with a client-centric mindset and a focus on process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day operational matters
Support client onboarding, account setup, and operational readiness
Manage the full lifecycle of equity swaps
Coordinate key trade events including amendments, novations, resets, terminations, and corporate actions
