Responsibilities
Assist in installing and maintaining geotechnical instruments like inclinometers, piezometers, and settlement markers Collect and record monitoring data from the site Check instruments regularly to make sure they work correctly Assist in preparing reports and summaries of the data Follow safety rules and site regulations at all times Work with engineers and the project team to support monitoring activities Keep instruments and tools organized and ready for use Skills / Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in testing or a related field Basic knowledge of testing concepts and computer skills Working experience in the construction industry Strong and determined quality focus with indefatigable determination to get the job done under the most challenging conditions and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational and communication skills
