We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR professional to support the Talent Team in delivering seamless day-to-day HR support for India. This role will serve as a key partner in managing operational HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, reporting, and frontline employee support, while also assisting managers and the Talent Partner on performance management and employee relations matters.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
