Ensures system readiness and continuity to support collections operations.
Performs day-to-day BAU operations for Collection System including user requests, parameter changes, file uploads, report generation and validation, Dialer and IVR administration, and other system configurations.
Acts as first-line system support for Collections-related issues.
Manages user access controls (creation and updating of user profiles), parameters requests (groups, agencies, dunning requests), and allocation requests in Collections Systems.
Provides on-call or weekend support as required to address system related requests and urgent business needs.
Job Requirement
sGraduate of any 4-year business course preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course
sKnowledgeable in data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, SAS, Snowflake
