 :What You will do  
To follow the Safety & Quality norms as per company Policy. 
To check and assure shift wise quality of all the UHT/Hot fill products. 
To analyze various parameters of online production as per SOP. 
To ensure dispensing of RM’s & Ingredients as per batch card/ recipe. 
To check and clear batch for final processing and packing. 
To check & assure the process control parameters. 
To verify the cleanliness of process equipment/ Line clearance. 
To take swabs of process equipment. 
To check and verify CCP of process. 
 Responsible for taking of online sample of incubation, micro and shelf life. 
 Daily Calibration & Annual maintenance of the Lab equipment.  
To raise NC, note for NC products.  
Online RM, PM, FG Testing. 
 To carry out sensory evaluation & shelf-life analysis of products.
