To support our growth, ICF is seeking an **Associate Program Specialist** to provide program support for our utility program team in Maryland. In this position you will work closely with program and portfolio managers to coordinate the successful delivery of the residential energy efficiency programs in Maryland. You will support a variety of program delivery tasks including managing progress reports, data analysis, application review, forecasting, researching program enhancements, and client engagement.
