Associate, Product Assessment

About the role:

CHANEL is looking for an Associate Product Assessment to join our Fashion After-Sales Team in Piscataway, NJ. This person will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day After-Sales operations, handling all incoming stock and client repairs. This role will work directly with our Client Relations, Quality Operations, and Workshop Atelier on all functions related to product assessment and repairs. Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of retail or corporate experience, and a passion for product and client experience.
