**Description**



The **Associate Patient Care Coordinator** serves as first point of contact providing excellent customer service to patients or visitors in person or by phone and acting as a liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow of the patient experience. This role is ideal for individuals **early in their career** it involves learning and gaining experience in all core front and back office duties. Typically supports routine and basic healthcare services to ensure smooth clinic operational excellence in support of Providence patient and their families.
